Description
Hospitals were the first spaces to attempt to control the air where patients were located. The innovations developed to control infection were soon adopted byproduct companies who need to control contaminants during the manufacturing process. This article discusses the evolution from the earliest cleanrooms in the 1950s to modern cleanrooms that are 1,000 times cleaner.
