Description
As consumer and regulatory demand for higher levels of energy efficiency and performance from refrigeration and air conditioning systems has increased, the thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) has become the most commonly used throttling device today and has undergone a significant evolution since its introduction. The article also explores TXV performance compared to other throttling devices.
