Description
An eight-story glass office building is being cooled with an innovative evaporative cooling system. For rainy days, the refrigeration system is sized at 1375 square feet per ton. Total building operational cost is less that 60 cents per square foot per year and the first cost of the building cooling system was the same as a conventional system.
