Description
Scope: This standard provides procedures for qualitycontrol and inspection at wood preserving plants ofresidential products, including but not limited to lumber,timber and plywood. These products are generally treatedwithout a written specification from the end user andsupplied through retail lumber dealers and home centers toconsumers and contractors for use in residential andcommercial construction. This standard contains minimumrequirements for the treating plant quality control andinspection agencies to monitor the treating plant andprocess, sample treated products and determineconformance to the applicable portions of Standards U1 andT1.
