This Standard covers press and nail connections made with
(a) copper or copper alloy fittings and Type K, L, and M copper tube;
(b) carbon steel fittings and Schedule 10 and 40 carbon steel pipe; or
(c) stainless steel fittings and Schedule 5, 10 and 40 stainless steel pipe.
