Description
Retro-commissioning (RCx) in existing buildings aims to capture lost savings from inefficient building management practices. But the measure life of often implemented RCx measures is based on assumptions and limited literature and varies widely across studies (from 2-20 years). In this study, we quantified persistence of RCx measures based on Estimated Useful Life(EUL) of all installed measures, and qualitatively identify operational factors that influence persistence.
